Dinner entrees catered by Copper Creek Restaurant in Ashford, Washington
Two entrees can be offered. We will prepare half portions so that your guest can choose to have both, or two of one items. Main Entrees include:
- Blackberry Salmon
- Smoked Salmon
- Flat Iron Steaks prepared on the grill onsite
- Pesto Pasta, a great vegetarian option
- Caprese Pasta, a great vegetarian option
- Fettuccini Alfredo also vegetarian
- Seafood Pasta
- Prime Rib (only available for larger groups)
- Pork chops
- Grilled Cod with mango salsa
- Fajitas
- Paella
For a more casual or lunch entree:
- Hamburger Bar ~ offer both veggie burgers and Angus beef burgers, prepare on the grill onsite, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, our homemade buns.
- Deli Sandwich Bar ~ assortment of cold cut meats, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, our homemade breads.
- Brats with mustard, ketchup, pickle relish
- Cod ‘n Chips
- Garden salad bar with lettuce, meats, and cheese, tomatoes, onions, olives and assorted dressings.
