Garden Suite guests will find a tray is delivered to your door, at a pre-arranged time, containing everything you'll need for a leisurely breakfast in bed or patio brunch. The finest ingredients, such as organic, shade-grown coffee, whole grain flours, and seasonal fruits, along with the regular fare of cereals, milk, muffins and juice are provided. Freshly made batter for your own homemade waffles (Moon's secret recipe) is provided for you to make in your Garden Suite kitchen. Should you desire to skip the adventure of making your own waffles, Moon will be happy to deliver them "hot off the iron."

Rose Hill Cottage guests will enjoy fresh coffee, seasonal fruit and crossiants.

Rosehill Cottage: $85 per night, plus 10.5% state and local tax; includes breakfast. There is a $15 cleaning fee for one-nighters, during the week and weekends.

$15 per night for each additional guest, plus 10.1% state and local tax. Maximum of 4 guests per booking.

While we prefer a 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 nights on holidays, often a schedule change will leave us with an opening. Please don't hesitate to call us should you desire to spend only one night.

Payment is required to confirm your reservation. Payment is made by cash, check, or money order prior to your stay.

Should a cancellation be unavoidable, and your reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to date of reservation, a 75% refund or full credit toward another date is given.

If cancelled 0 to14 days prior to the date of reservation, no refunds or credits, unless we can re-book the dates you have reserved. If we are able to re-book the dates we will give a 75% refund or full credit toward another date.

Weddings: Fees for special occasions and events are quoted on a case by case basis. Please discuss your plans with us, and we will be happy to facilitate your needs.

We regret that we are unable to accept pets at this time (contact us ahead of time for rare exceptions).

Please, no smoking inside The Rose Hill at Mt. Index, but smoking outside is permitted.

Children are welcome with prior arrangement.

Should extra-ordinary cleaning be required, an additional $45 per hour will be charged.
