Damage deposit
Damage deposit by major credit card.
Housekeeping is provided before and after your visit. Excessive cleaning after your stay will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $45.00 per hour. Any items lost, stolen or damaged will also be charged to your credit card.
Methods of payment:
50% deposit by check if more than 30 days before scheduled arrival
100% deposit by check if less than 30 days before arrival
Deposit refund policy: full deposit refund minus 10% administrative charge if cancellation received 30 days before scheduled arrival.
Cancellations: Our policy on cancellations is as follows: Designated holidays and the months of June-September require 60 days notice. Other dates require 30 days notice. If you cancel prior to these dates you will receive a full refund, minus a handling fee of $30. Any cancellations after that date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, however we will make every attempt to re-rent and, if successful, you will receive a refund of the difference, minus 10%. This is necessary due to the fact that most of our reservations are made so far in advance. A last minute cancellation means that most folks will have already made plans for that period of time and we will end up with a vacancy.
