Muir Cabin: This windowy living room is not only beautiful, but very comfortable. The sound of the creek soothes, relaxes and heals.

  • Big windows that bring the outside in! Enjoy views of the forest and Copper Creek with no buildings in sight. Deer, chip munks and birds frequent the area.
  • Big front deck for lounging, viewing the creek and wildlife, bird watching and a side deck for grilling and picnics
  • Beautiful stone gas fireplace
  • Two comfortable sofas
  • Hickory floors with sheep skin rug in front of the fireplace
  • Flat Screen TV (no TV reception) comes with a handfull of movies. Bring more of your own.
  • WiFi
  • Telephone with local access and incoming calls. Bring a calling card for long distance (No cell service in the area, except at Copper Creek Restaurant, where you get Verizon cell service)
Posted rates include the first two guests. $25 per person will be added for additional guests (including children 1 year and older.)

A hand built stone fireplace is made form local rock and has a gas, thermostat controlled flame. There is also electric heat to keep the cabin toasty warm. Snuggle up with a good book or good movie and the warm your body and soul.
