Colonel Bill’s Creekside Lodge is a week-stay rental from 4:00 PM Sunday through 11:00AM the following Sunday. We are preparing for your arrival, so please don’t arrive before 4:00PM

Housekeeping is provided before and after your visit. Guests are responsible for keeping the grounds and house orderly, doing their own dishes, sweeping, and general clean up. After your visit our housekeeping staff will change the linens and do any deep cleaning that is necessary. If you prefer not to clean up after yourselves (i.e., wash your dishes, etc.), we will be glad to do it for you at the rate of $45 per hour.

Housekeeping: Our staff may stop by during your visit to check the grounds and/or to see if you need anything.

Smoking at Colonel Bill’s Creekside Lodge is strictly prohibited. You will be charged 3 hours cleaning at the rate of $45 per hour if we find cigarette odor or butts on the grounds or in the house. If you smoke, please use the ash tray in your car, and take all cigarette butts with you.

Well-mannered pets are allowed indoors. A 7’ x 13’ secure dog run with all-weather rubber matting is provided.

There are great old style community stores in Asotin, Clarkston and Lewiston. The Asotin Café provides a well-priced breakfast all day in a very laidback atmosphere. Say “hi” to Shirley. Locals meet in the evening upstairs for karaoke and a beer.

We have a list of deli’s, espresso, fine dining and lounges available for your visit.

Cancellation Policy ~ 30 days prior to date of reservation: 50% refund or full credit toward another date.

14 days prior to date of reservation: No refunds or credits, unless we can rebook the dates you had reserved. If we are able to rebook the dates we will give a 75% refund or full credit toward another date.

0-13 days prior to date of reservation: No refunds or credits.

Any items lost, stolen or damaged will also be charged to your credit card.

Hunting Notes: Due to local sanitation regulations, do not bring carcasses to Colonel Bill’s Creekside Lodge. We provide the names of local companies that will clean and dress your venison, pack and ship the meat and tan your hides.
