Colonel Bill's Creekside Lodge Provisions
You’ll do the cooking in our fully outfitted gourmet kitchen. But, while you’re unpacking and deciding which suits your fancy, you might get hungry. Colonel Bill never considered a “grub stake” a luxury; it was a necessity. We still do. So, if you’d like a “grub stake” ready for your arrival at Colonel Bill’s, just let us know. Our standard “grub stake” features an assortment of some of the best products from the Pacific Northeast’s famous pantry Tony’s Gourmet Coffee ~ we like Tony’s because it is fair trade, organic and shade grown. We think you will like it, too. Jensen’s smoked wild Pacific salmon. This local old fashioned smokehouse is famous for its very elegant product. We use only wild Pacific Salmon at Colonel Bill’s. You didn’t come here to eat farmed and Atlantic fish (sheesh ~ tastes like cat food!)
