Jensen’s smoked wild Pacific salmon. This local old fashioned smokehouse is famous for its very elegant product. We use only wild Pacific Salmon at Colonel Bill’s. You didn’t come here to eat farmed and Atlantic fish (sheesh ~ tastes like cat food!)
